Managing Director and founder member of the company, Colin Wall has been in employment in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Japan and Hong Kong for the past thirty years.

Colin Wall is the Immediate Past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an experienced Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a member of numerous arbitration panels and is a Past Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Hong Kong Branch.

Colin Wall is also Deputy President of the UIA Forum of Mediation Centres, a Past-Chairman of the Hong Kong Mediation Council, and a Past-Chairman of the HKIAC Mediation Group. He has received intensive mediation training in the USA and elsewhere and is an experienced and active mediator. He is a Qualified Dispute Resolver, a HKIAC Accredited General Mediator and a member of other mediation panels. He has attended and presented mediation seminars and papers in USA, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sweden, Australia, Italy, France, Belgium, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Colin Wall is also a trainer of mediators and an approved tutor of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mediation training is provided through Global Mediation Services Ltd.

Colin Wall brings with him thirty years of experience of acting for both contractors and consultants, in an advisory and executive commercial capacity. His experience has been gained in civil engineering, building and process engineering roles.
